How to get here?
From Boquete, Santa Catalina, Venao and others
As easy as catching any bus that goes in direction heading to Panama City, they all will pass by the entrance of El Palmar beach.
Just check the buses schedules from the place you are departing from if you need to make any bus connection.
From Panama City
Tocumen Airport:
Take the metro line 2 in direction to Albrook station. Here is necessary to change form line 2 to line 1.
Once you are at the Albrook bus terminal, take a bus with destination to: Anton, Aguadulce or Santiago. This are towns further San Carlos. Is better to get this ones because they make less stops along the way.
Once in the bus, let them know that you will drop off in the entrance of Playa El Palmar in San Carlos.
From the main road until the hostel is a 8 minutes walk aprox.
