How we do it?
Our surf academy has integrated different structures, teaching and learning methodologies with the aim of helping the evolution process of each student to be conscious, efficient and in less time.
Psychological Preparation
We will understand, why? We do this sport and what we would like to achieve. We will learn to face emotional and mental situations and this will help accelerate our learning curve and enjoy the journey more.
Tactical Preparation
Learn to interpret the different conditions and situations of the sea and how we should prepare for our interaction in this environment
Technical Preparation
Perform each movement step by step correctly. Repeating this pattern will help the technique to be automated.
Good technique = efficient process
Physical Preparation
We will optimize our body to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. You will also strengthen key muscles and your cardiovascular capacity will improve as will your surfing performance.

Each belt (level) will have a number of sequences to perform.
Each sequence will have technical, tactical, physical and psychological elements. Once mastered, we can carry out a more complex sequence until all levels are completed.
